For people coming from Vancouver on BC Ferries (Tswassen to Swartz Bay):

 

Stay on Hwy 17 from the ferry terminal heading south to Victoria,

Proceed through 1^st set of lights at Beacon Ave in Sidney,

Proceed through 2^nd set of lights at McTavish (airport exit),

At the 3^rd set of lights at Mt. Newton X Road turn right (10-15km from ferry terminal on Hwy 17) (this is also the location of the motels),

Proceed past 1^st 4 way stop at East Saanich X Rd,

At the 2^nd 4 way stop sign at Wallace Drive turn left,

The farm across the street from Centennial Park (baseball diamonds & soccer fields)

Proceed south to 7407 Wallace Drive on left.

The driveway is the first left just past the end of the soccer and baseball fields.

 

For people coming from Victoria, either up island or Port Angeles ferry:

 

Proceed to Hwy 17 north (via McKenzie Ave. or Blanshard St.),

Proceed north for 10 to 15 kms from McKenzie Ave & Hwy 17 intersection,

At Keating X Rd turn left (this is past Elk Lake),

At the 2^nd  set of lights at Veyaness Rd (small strip mall here) turn right,

At Stelly’s X Rd turn left (approx 2km),

At the 4 way stop at Wallace Drive turn right,

Proceed north to 7407 Wallace Drive on right.

This is the 2^nd driveway on the right.
